You may notice the Pea Gravel that was installed on the street side of the property since the city only leaves the dirt and wild weeds. Inspired by TLS's work, interesting enough, the rest of the my neighbors also installed Pea Gravel other coverings ultimately raising the curb appeal of the street. "Called Jacobs after asking several places for yard cleaning service, and they were the most professional one. I am glad Enrique answered the phone right away, set up an appointment in a timely manner. He told me he'd stop by at 4pm. With other bad prior experiences with other company, I was only hoping he will show up after all. At around 3:40 he texted and let me know that he'd be at my door by 4:18pm! That's awesome!! That shows how responsible he is. After the initial quote we mostly use text as our way of communicating. He replies to all questions pretty promptly. Quoted price was fair compare to other places, but I had a good feeling with them. They arrived at the promised time and worked on my yard for hours. Father and son team works great and sounded like they were enjoying what they do. Sure enough, they did a great job cleaning up my messy yard with couple years of falling leaves, branches, weeds. Everything was the way we agreed up on. Planning on having them back to do our landscape."
