I normally get multiple quotes for home projects, but after my first phone call with Enrique, I knew he was the right choice. He was direct, honest, and completely transparent. He came out exactly when promised for an onsite estimate, and the quote was reasonable enough that I hired him right away to install front yard turf and a new shutoff valve for my outdoor water line. Enrique communicated his timeline clearly and delivered exactly as promised. The shutoff valve turned out to be a complex, time-consuming task because they had to carefully trace the main water line to find the exact split between the indoor and outdoor lines. Even though it took longer than he originally estimated, Enrique never asked for extra money. It is incredibly refreshing to work with someone who cares more about doing the job properly than nickel-and-diming a customer. For the turf installation, his team spent a significant amount of time properly preparing the base before laying anything down. Enrique’s attention to detail is fantastic, and the final result looks wonderful. They finished everything right on schedule, but his exceptional customer service didn't stop there. After the job was complete and paid for, he texted me to say he was coming back the next day to add mulch around the new shutoff valve just to make the area look nicer. Enrique is a knowledgeable, dedicated young man who takes serious pride in the quality of his work and service. I highly recommend him and his team.

Enrique from TLS was great to work with. His team did a great job transforming our backyard. The project took four days. Each day, Enrique provided me with a project update and what to expect for the next day. I really appreciated the level of communication he used. After the project was completed, Enrique followed up multiple times to make sure things like lighting and sprinklers were functioning properly. He also checked in several times to make sure all the plants were taking hold. I had one plant that needed replaced and Enrique replaced it asap without any hassle. I never had to track him down, but if I did have questions he was very responsive. Throughout the process I never felt like TLS was trying to take shortcuts. Just the opposite in fact. I could tell Enrique was intent on doing a high quality job and he did exactly that. My wife and I are very happy with the final product.
