We recently rented our home which had really bad over grown front/ back and side yards (hadn't been mowed/ trimmed in years). Enrique and his team came in and COMPLETELY cleaned it out within a matter of 3-4 hours. Made it look so beautiful and clean! A few weeks later they came in and redid our irrigation system (he even fixed a leak) and put new sod in our backyard. It's like night and day. I highly recommend this company. Impeccable service delivered and they arrived earlier than the scheduled time! They were able to fully restore our townhome's small patio efficiently and at a reasonable price. The previous tenant did not took proper maintenance of the small patio which caused a substantial and horrendous build up. However, Jacob's gardening made our patio look brand new and ready for BBQs. Jacobs is very responsible person, he came last weekend to do the job even though it was raining on that day, he still try hard to finish the job as much as he could. Most importantly the quote he gave me is very reasonable price and he is pretty on time person too.
I had some other service clean up my front and back yard, but when they did, they also damaged some of my irrigation system. I then contacted Jacobs Gardening to fix this problem. Jacob and his dad came and fixed the problems and help me fix other issues in the yard. They were very helpful, responsive and reasonable. My husband and I decided to hire them to do maintenance of our front and back yards. Jacob is also polite and very pleasant to deal with. I recommend their service.
It's usually a headache when finding workers for any house work. They are usually too busy to reply or they often no show. Jacob and his team is amazing, he replies so fast and came on time for our appointment. I needed him to replace my old grass to new grass and they came right on time and finish it in one day. He kept me updated with his time so I didn't have to run back and forth waiting for him. New grass looks nice, hopefully they can stay nice. He didn't install sprinkler for me but he offer to come in again to set my sprinkler for me and make sure they work fine. His price is reasonable, much cheaper than what other quote me, I'm glad I hire him.

Called Jacobs after asking several places for yard cleaning service, and they were the most professional one. I am glad Enrique answered the phone right away, set up an appointment in a timely manner. He told me he'd stop by at 4pm. With other bad prior experiences with other company, I was only hoping he will show up after all. At around 3:40 he texted and let me know that he'd be at my door by 4:18pm! That's awesome!! That shows how responsible he is. After the initial quote we mostly use text as our way of communicating. He replies to all questions pretty promptly. Quoted price was fair compare to other places, but I had a good feeling with them. They arrived at the promised time and worked on my yard for hours. Father and son team works great and sounded like they were enjoying what they do. Sure enough, they did a great job cleaning up my messy yard with couple years of falling leaves, branches, weeds. Everything was the way we agreed up on. Planning on having them back to do our landscape.
